Return Policy

Copper Bloom gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Copper Bloom E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped. 

Items damaged or defective may be returned by emailing contact@copperbloom.com within 3 DAYS of delivery.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Monogrammed
  • Personalized
  • Lingerie 
  • Jewelry
  • Face Masks 
  • Hair Accessories 
  • Hosiery
  • Mystery Bags
  • Doorbusters
  • Liquid product (i.e., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.), 
  • Items Marked Final Sale

Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for store credit.

 If any of the following is present, the return is subject for denial and will be sent back to you at your own cost: 

- Detached tags
- Animal/human hair
- Deodorant marks
- Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne
- Any visible wear or damage

 

Damaged Or Defective Items

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

Inspect your items for damage before removing the tags or wearing. Once the item is worn or tags are removed it is not acceptable for return or exchange. Email images of damaged items and order number to contact@copperbloom.com!

If you believe you have received the wrong item please email contact@copperbloom.com.

 

Mail Returns:

We do not refund initial shipping charges, however we do offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING. If you wish to return your items email us at contact@copperbloom.com and we will email you a return shipping label.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. 

You will be notified via email, at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed, with your online code for store credit once we have processed your return.

Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

How should I send my return back?

Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

 

Shipping

Standard Delivery:

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
